Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday).

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a gift card via email for the item’s purchase price, which can be used on our website.

  • If the returned item has been worn or washed, it will be donated and no gift card will be issued.
  • All exchanges must be received within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Holiday-related items cannot be exchanged.
  • Items received after the 7-day window will be refused and returned to the sender.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, it must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Returns must be received within 7 days of delivery.

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
  • Refunds will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
  • If an item is not in new condition, it will be donated and no refund will be issued.
  • Holiday-themed items cannot be returned.
  • Returns received after the 7-day period will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Additional Return & Exchange Policies

  • Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.
  • When returning or exchanging an item, please include the original packing slip and indicate whether you are requesting a return or exchange.
  • Processing time for returns and exchanges is 7 business days from the date we receive the item.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
  • Wholesale or resale purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
